U.S. Shipping is Available, Tariff and Duty-Free.

U.S. orders ship with Duties Pre-Paid, meaning you won't get any surprise fees, and if there are any, they will be covered by me.

All of my products qualify for the CUSMA/USCMA agreement, due to being made in Canada.

What is the CUSMA agreement?

The CUSMA agreement allows qualified products crafted in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico to be exempt of the current tariffs. This is the only way to avoid charges with the removal of the de minimis exemption.

What is the de minimis exemption?

As of August 29th 2025, the U.S has removed the de minimis exemption for items valued under $800 was removed. This de minimi exemption permitted packages under $800 to be free of duties, and thus tariffs.

Why doesn't this affect this business?

Because the jewelry is handmade in Canada, it qualifies for duty-free shipping under the CUSMA agreement, which allows goods originating from Canada, the U.S and Mexico to be exempt of duties and tariffs.
